Ziegler Niemeyer TWIN Tine Rakes
The new TWIN tine is impressive through its unique raking quality and performance. The first, shorter row of tines picks up the majority of the forage without contacting the ground and thus handles the primary raking work. The second, more flexible row of tines gently rakes the remaining forage together. Because of the angular formation of the tine the forage gets lifted up and not dragged on the ground. These Twin Tines give a 30 - 50% higher working speed compared to rakes with conventional
tines. A higher acreage can be covered in the same time reducing forage retrieval costs per acre and minimising the chanch of being caught by bad weather. Both the single rotor rake and the 4 rotor rake use twin tines.
Ziegler TWIN Single Rotor Rake / Swather
Time wasting changing of the tine arms for transporting belongs to the past with the swivel rake. With the patented swivelling system the rake moves from work to transport position in minutes, although it has a work width of 4,30 mtr this reduces to only 1.6 mtr for transportation.

Storage is also no problem as it can stand vertically, taking up very little floor area.

Ziegler TWIN Tine 1250 VSK 4 rotor rake

In less than 2 minutes the 4 rotor rake is unfolded from transport into working
position. It's unique construction means dismantling tine arms is not necessary.
In transport mode the 4 rotor rake is only 3.75 mtrs high, and with it's airbrake system may be towed at upto 50 kph (about 30 mph)
